1. surprisingly quick response on booking.com 2. the owner of the house stayed awake to check me in at 4 a.m. when normally check in time everywhere around 2 p.m. and of course this is enormous plus to be able to sleep and take rest after night flights 3. the owner of the house is extremely kind, friendly, helping, answer to all questions and give any advices about where to go and what to see in Tbilisi, also treats you with homemade wine and home-grown fruits 4. you get a spacious closet (what is very important to me as I travel with lots of clothes always) and all facilities needed 5. the house and the rooms are very clean 6. I want to separate very nice point for me: slippers and a very comfortable robe!

Alexander and Sandro are such wonderful hosts! They are so kind and helpful! The place itself is also beautiful (especially the outdoor area overlooking the mountains) and in a convenient location. I’m looking forward to coming again the next time I’m in Tbilisi!

Alexander is the kindest host and welcomes you with open arms (and wine and cha cha!). The bedrooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. Excellent location for exploring Tbilisi. We will stay again!

Kitchen cloths and sponges could be changed more often and guests encouraged to clean their food out of the fridge regularly.

Very nice room, good atmosphere, great staff. Nice rooftop veranda. There is a 24/7 supermarket across the street. Best place we stayed at sofar in Tbilisi. Richard & Kat
