"Warm and welcoming - perfect for those heading in and out of Torres del Paine."

Very friendly and welcoming staff, who thoughtfully asked us if we’d like to upgrade our room upon our return for Torres del Paine, and had our luggage we had left with them waiting in the room (luggage storage is 3,000 pesos). Good breakfast that sets you up well for hiking. Clean. Good laundry service.

We were in a shared room for some of our stay which we felt was a little cramped.

Excelente trato del personal muy amables y cercanas todas las trabajadoras del hostal! Queda bastante cercano al terminal de buses asi que si sales temprano ideal, tambien queda cerca del centro

"Comfortable family run hostel"

Great staff, ready to help with questions. Good breakfast. You can upgrade the breakfast and get additional pancakes. The facility is clean. Beds are comfortable with good linen. Wifi is great. Free safe street parking right by the hostel. I stayed there for 3 nights and fully enjoyed it. Highly recommend if you like a quiet comfortable place at reasonable cost.

The facility could use a little cosmetic upgrade throughout the building.

Chambre individuelle pas très chère par rapport aux dortoirs qui sont très petits

Pas vraiment d'espace commun. C'est trop petit pour le nombre de personnes. La chambre n'est pas isolée, il fait très froid dès que le soleil disparaît
