Facing Bay Hostel

The location of the property was excellent and only like a 2 min walk from the beach.

No issues that I can recall.

Staff, localisation, clean, respectful, charming. It’s free if you want to use the laundry

They should probable use the terrasse at the top as a sharing place for everyone because it’s really beautiful spot.

Our room had a spectacular view, location was perfect, great service, immaculately clean. What's not to like?

Awesome accomodations for a modern day traveler. All you might need is there, and everything is the best quality, top notch. Super friendly and accommodating hosts, smooth check-in/out. The location, of course, could not be better to enjoy the beach and the view. Amazing experience at affordable price!

Appreciated the easy self check-in and keyless entry using the app. A short walk to the center square and right on the ocean. Balcony looked over the beach and we fell asleep to the waves each night. Large room with huge bathroom.

We never saw anyone working in the hostel so it felt a little impersonal and self-serve. Although questions were answered quickly over email, we just muddled through a few things ourselves. We had a scramble for an airport taxi. Wish we could have asked for assistance.

The location is great, right in the middle of the city centre. As i went in the low season, the place was very calm, could even hear the waves crashing when the doors were open. The rooms and common areas are new and very comfortable. This hostel offers a good quality service, it's possible to see in the details, like the bed made with towels and a bottle of water upon arrival, for a bed in a shared dormitory in a hostel, my experience is that this is quite rare, also, I arrived three hours before my reservation stated just to leave my backpack and it was all already prepared. The staff was great, particularly Sandra, she was very thoughtful.

Don't let the name hostel fool you. This looks like a fairly new or renovated place. The property is right on the beach basically. My room was clean, comfortable and very nice looking. Check in was seamless. The best part though was the view from the balcony. It was a gorgeous sea view. Let me just say that the staff (Sandra) was amazing. She made restaurant recommendations, she was pleasant and ever so helpful. She even ordered a taxi to take us to the airport. A must stay if you're ever in Terceira. I was in room 1 so I know that room has a sea view for sure.
