Na terenie obiektu hotelu tj. Altana odbywała się głośna impreza grupy ludzi z wiadomo jakimi trunkami a recepcja hotelu nie interweniowała. Zamiast się wyspać przed podróżą wstałem nie wyspany i zmęczony hałasem i głośnym zachowanie grupy ludzi. W takich sytuacjach powinna reagować obsługa hotelu.
