GBThe room and view are good, but everything else ruins it.
It's a shame how badly misrun this is as it could be one of the best mid range places in Jaipur and instead you find that almost every interaction with the staff adds to frustration, delay and irritation. Firstly, the lift doenst work, they say it does with a code but the code they give has a hasgtag the lift does not. Also the card machine doenst work, they say it will later and at check out they add an admin fee for the card machine (that was never mentioned before when I tried to pay with card at check in and they discovered it didn't work). So their scam was only thwarted by their ineptitude and the card machine really not working. Also the shower doenst work, you need to use a bucket, and they don't give you a towel unless you go back down to ask. The staff are never there so when the shower didn't work it took a day before someone confirmed that the bucket was indeed for washing. They charge a mid range price, and this place would be great, it's just very frustrating. Oh and prepare to be woken at 7 by neighours hocking up enough flem to fill said bucket.

ITVery good location, good taxi service from the hotel, the bed felt hard at first (as mentioned in other reviews), but it was actually comfortable and I had a very good sleep anyway. As a female solo traveller it felt quite safe.
No hot water but it wasn't a big deal now that is February.

Salle de bain très odorante. Ce n'est pas de la faute du personnel, ils ont fait du mieux qu'ils pouvaient.
