It was good experience for a solo traveller facilities are good bit distance from centre point. If it is better to have complementary coffee or tea atleat in the morning time. Rest all staff is very cordial and cooperative. I recommend it for Sole travellers.

The receptionist guy was very friendly and helped us a lot in planning for which place to go and which one is good and feasible for us. The dorms were very comfortable and exceeded my expectations as it was my first time in dorms. Enjoyed making new friends in goSTOPs. Almost forgot the bonfire part at night, do not miss that.

The breakfast we ordered, it was 2 combo plate (1 poha, 1 paratha and 1 coffee) He served only 1 plate of poha and 2 plates of Parathas in which both the Parathas were cold and even the coffee was very bad and it was half filled. We asked them to make it again, which wasted our time. But it's fine, the staff was new, so yes it's understandable.

1. The location is very easy to commute to/from and centrally well-placed from all attractions. 2. There is a new car parking space attached to property compound under cctv monitoring for 7-8 cars easily, bike/scooty parking is inside property compound. 3. There is a common amphitheater with a projector, table tennis table, and seating arrangements. 4. Kitchen is open 24x7, orders are taken via goStops app, basic breakfast/lunch/dinner variety is covered. 5. Property manager was friendly and informative. 6. Property is ground+1 floors surrounded by thick forest greenery, first floor north facing rooms have wide forest viewing windows. 7. Property has decent wifi connectivity. 8. Basic cleanliness and ambience was quite welcoming.

1. You need to sign-up on goStops app on phone to use digital key to your room. 2. You need to pay per kitchen order in the app, charges are not aggregated for you to pay at checkout. 3. For forest view north facing rooms, surrounding forest does not leave any space for distant hill views, note that these room's windows open in common balcony/lobby that is used as entry route for all room clusters on first floor, and even though there are cameras everywhere, other guests roaming over the balcony for phone calls or smoke will hinder your view and may make you uncomfortable and forced to draw the shades, specially at nights. 4. Breakfast quantity is good, quality is fine, not great, we had consistent coordination issues with kitchen staff asking for tea without sugar, you cannot order from outside as well. 5. Common sitting areas are very close to rooms and one night we faced issues with some folks having a disturbingly loud good time for most part of that night. 6. Smoking is allowed in common areas, and due to proximity from rooms, we had to close our windows a couple times to stop the smoke coming in. 7. There is no television in rooms. 8. Mobile network reception is very bad for major carriers, almost unusable on ground floor rooms.

The receptionist Mr. Hare Krishna greeted well and was quite friendly and helpful.

This was our second trip and stay at gostops. First time it was good experience but this time there were lot of issues. There was no hot water, room wasn't cleaned and issue with the toilet flush. We had to change the room and to provide stove heated water, we had to wait for almost 1.5 hrs. The issue with hot water is present in all the dorms and private rooms.
