INLoved the location. Food was so good and the staff were excellent. We enjoyed the balcony attached to our room.
There was no backup generator today morning. This was quite inconvenient since we needed to charge our phones and it wasn't possible.
INThe bathtub was included and the room+washroom were big, with a sofa and a space if you like to cook.

VNIncluded breakfast was excellent and plentiful, the cook Lakshmi was very kind, gracious and accommodating to both South Indian and western breakfasts. Fresh fruit, excellent chai and coffee! Rajesh the manager was also very helpful renting a scooter, recs for nearby restaurants, etc. Our upstairs room was basic but spacious, clean with a small private balcony.
The bed was ok but I got multiple bites on my back (bedbugs??) which could only be from the mattress, as I sleep on my back and my exposed face and arms did not get any mosquito bites. Hopefully mentioning to management will resolve this, as we would stay here again if this is resolved. The bathroom smelled of sewer, but smell did not enter the bedroom.

The wifi signal was very bad, AC didn't work (we did ask the staff about it but it didn't get fixed and since we stayed only for 2 nights, it wasn't worth pushing for it). The cleanliness of the place could have been better (bathroom especially).
USThe staff is the jewel of this hotel. It is simple, but they make up for all that you think you need but not really need. The owner even drove me to the nearest city for my return. So kind!
