It's so overrated...

the view from the cafe is a major plus. the staff is extremely helpful and sweet. also the cafe food is good ( must try chicken cheese chilli toast)

it’s very difficult to find the place. it is hideout indeed! the instructions given are helpful but you can tend to get lost if you reach there on the rainy night ( like I did). the dorm beds had some dust on it(not sure if that was due to the renovation going on in the next room). little bit of dusting can make the dorm look clean.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is great. Central and quiet at the same time.

The room and dining area were very cold and drafty.

Location is perfect, 2 minutes walk from mall road and main square, next to all the good restaurants with a cafe upstairs if you are feeling lazy. The rooms are quite cold but an additional thick blanket comes on top of the first layer which is good to keep warm. There is good storage for luggage unless you have oversized bag.

It's a little socially embarrasing having to go to staff and request hot water but is nature of the location and limited supply I guess. I think even Rajastan has better hot water supply.

Very nice people here, help you with everything. I was hiking for few days and could also let my luggage here with no problems. The view from the Café is amazing.

If the weather is cold, better bei prepared when you stay here. You should have some warm clothes and sleeping bag is good, but Not mandatory, they have enough blankets here. This Problem you might have in every of the affordable accomodations.
