The host is easygoing

The bathroom is super small. For the towels you have to pay 500¥! Bed not comfortable. There were holes in the window net so insects could get in. A bit dirty.

Cosy, comfortable house in a great part of Hokkaido with beautiful nature all around. Roxy was really welcoming and was good company too 😀 We loved our stay and would definitely stay again!

A bit expensive

Had a great stay! Roxy was a wonderful host. The room was great and the futons comfortable. There's a large shared kitchen and living room. The area around is very pretty and there's a surprising amount going on in such a small town. From great ramen spots to the nearby ropeway and mountains. There is also a sake brewery. A shrine that has wonderful goshuin. And a park with some beautiful cherry blossoms. We caught an amazing view with the pink hues of sunset emphasising the cherry blossoms and hitting the snow-capped mountains in the distance.

So cosy and welcoming. Really nice to connect with the staff. Quiet location but perfect for an escape from the cities. And easy to reach with public transport.
