The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the bar downstairs had a nice atmosphere.

While there was air conditioning, it was very weak and I slept poorly when I was there due to being too warm. Staff offered to change us to a different room when we mentioned it, however we thought this would be a similar situation. The warm room and spaces open to the outside (including gaps at the bottom of the doors) meant that I was heavily bitten by mosquitos during my stay there as well, which I had not experienced in other accommodations in Cambodia.

Very good location, friendly staffs, nice room, good hygiene, I like the room with the window that I can open and get sunlight.

The bed mattress, pillow and bed sheet need a little more clean.

Friendly staff who were great in offering help and advice for tours etc. We visited the bat cave organised by the lady at the hostel who also works with a Tuk-Tuk driver during quiet season to ensure he still has work. This was a really nice touch and he was fantastic and walked with us to the temples above the bat cave and explained everything in great detail including personal experiences. The toilets and showers were regularly cleaned by staff and very quiet. Location is good. Nice atmosphere at night, seem to be plenty locals and travellers at the bar/restaurant most nights.

While the idea of the small private rooms with dorm prices is great, we found them extremely stuffy. We had separate rooms. Didn’t feel claustrophobic, but the lack of air inside made it hard to sleep. The air conditioning is one big unit with multiple hoses going into each room, you could hardly feel it coming in when you put your hand up to it. There is a fan but again it’s blowing hot stuffy air. Beds were hard and uncomfortable, we both struggled sleeping. My partner kept waking up with bites. The lighting inside the room is really poor so it was hard to tell if there was mosquitoes in them. Unsure if it was mosquitoes or something else, but after travelling for 5 months we haven’t experienced waking up with bites before. We ate at the hostel one night and the food was ok, we waited a while but the staff member did say they were very busy.

People were very friendly and helpful. Great location. Motorcycles are available for rent which is ideal for travelling in this city.

Il n’y a pas du tout de climatisation Il fait très chaud dans les “box” Matelas très fin et très inconfortable (je sentais le bois en dessous quand je m’allongeait.

Location was OK. The breakfast was pricey, but of good quality.

It‘s very hot in the room! I booked the one with a fan and I couldn‘t sleep all night since the fan is right above you and is very loud. Even though you have your own little room, it’s very noisy and poorly isolated. The staff is ok, but a bit pushy.

Excellent location, near to the market, eateries, river etc. Concept of the separate pod/rooms was different but we appreciate the privacy. Bed was comfy and shared bathroom clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Aircon was completely ineffective. It was extremely hot during our stay and one main cooling unit tubed off into many different rooms was just insufficient, better to pay less for a fan room or choose a different accommodation with proper aircon. Accommodation was extremely dark, we would’ve appreciated a better light or additional lamp.

A very good stay. 4 showers and 4 toilets. Very good food at reasonable price. I will come back for sure :)
