Lucky Beach Front Hostel

Kind staff. I booked in female dorm, and was given a twin room for myself (however, that’s probably because the place was completely empty!)

Extremely run down. No wifi as it broke. No A/C and only some very old and dirty fans that you could not fix the ventilation position. Didn’t feel safe to open the window as an alternative for fear of rats etc coming in from the “back garden”. Main shower was broken, and secondary shower hose leaked half of the water as it was (badly) taped together. Mould on walls, and the whole room smelt stale. Half of the facilities they claim to have don’t exist: it’s not even “beachfront”!

Lovely people, very close to the beach. I was offered free food and everyone was extremely friendly

It isn't on the beach front, you have to cross a road and go around shops to get to the beach. No air conditioning and the fan is basically useless so getting to sleep was very difficult. The wood under the mattress was broken. Mosquito nets would've been nice.

Good location. You get what you pay for. Hard mattresses. No lockers. Rooms not cleaned regularly. No A/C. Hot rooms. Ok place if on a budget and only for a night or two. Hosts are good and friendly.

I liked it. Staffs were really helpful.

For the price it was an excellent deal.It's located opposite beach and there are loads of shops,restaurants and a few liqour stores nearby.The train station is about a 5-8 minute walk

Only one bathroom and no common area.

Location is great. I was the only one in the dorm so that's lovely. It was the cheapest beach front property in the entire country so don't really have any complaints. Happy to be there for 4 nights.

The guy was a little rude. Gave me the wrong wifi password twice. Something shady happening around for sure. but I'm not complaining cause it was cheap!!
