just room

there were several issues that affected my experience. The toilet was not properly cleaned during my stay, and there were no toilet tissues or hand wash available, which was quite inconvenient. The check-in process also took longer than expected, and there was an additional €2 charge Overall, it could be a better experience with improved cleanliness, clearer communication, and better basic facilities.
