I came with my family, and there wasn't anyone who met us. Outside, next to the entrance, were three men from the East Midlands, smoking. There was no bin, so there was a lot of trash. There was no towel in the room, and the sink and toilets were dirty.

The location was convenient and check-in was straightforward.

The conditions were not as advertised. There was no heating despite it being listed, no hot water even in freezing temperatures, and the air quality was extremely dusty, making it difficult to sleep and breathe.

The staff was great at reception, the washrooms were clean. We only stayed overnight before our travel and it was worth it. The room looked exactly like the pictures

Em van donar un llit (per telèfon) i a la una i mitja del matí em va despertar un altre turista dient que era el seu llit. Vaig haver de trucar de nou i em van donar un altre llit. Un desastre....
