Afer Surf Hostel

You always meet the right people at the right time. Afer seems to have that kind of vibe- probably mostly thanks to the way the staff is inclusive and welcoming every guest.

People were nice, property was in a good place, close to the beach and best surfspot, staff very friendly

Bathroom and Kitchen was dirty, dishes never washed, moldy food in fridge plus blankets were not clean (yellowish)

Excellent as always. It was my second stay at Afer Surf and I’ll will come back for sure. The team are very professional, super nice and they make sure that the guests are having a good time. The place is clean and the vibe is cool.

Room was nice and clean, staff friendly and welcoming

We didn’t stay as the double room was on the ground floor and right next to the metal front door which without a doorbell created quite a lot of noise and we’d had a sleepless night the night before from a similar situation

Afer hostel is a very good choice of accommodation ran by an amazing staff. Hamza and the two Yassine go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome, to make sure everyone has everything they need. A rare but very nice touch in the dorm rooms : each bed has an individual curtain that you may draw for more privacy. It's a small detail but makes a world of difference. Great value for money ! The location is very calm, very easy to find, a 5/10 minute-walk downhill to the beach. Thank you guys !

The overall atmosphere in the hostel is really nice. Hamza, Yassin and Yassin are fantastic hosts. They provide local tips, surfing lessons, surfing equipment, chill evenings in the hostel itself, et cetera. The place is also daily cleaned which is very nice. Everything works perfectly in the hostel and there is a very good wifi connection.

The beds may be too hard for some people, even though this was a minor issue.

The staff were amazing .feels like a family gathering. Will definitely come back
