Convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff.

The room was very small and had no proper window, only an opening to a shaft with constant ventilation noise, which made it hard to sleep. One of the pillows was extremely hard and uncomfortable - I usually don’t complain about such things, especially in student hostels, but this pillow was literally impossible to sleep on. The hostel can be quite noisy at night, as sounds from the corridors are easily heard in the rooms.

There is no gym, the pictures are from a gym next door. If you need an adapter, it's not included (as it says on booking), but instead you need to buy one for 5 bucks. The breakfast is just toast and mini croissants with a very limited amount of toppings. We stayed 3 nights and asked multiple times for new towels. We didn't get one and we didn't have opportunities to wash the ones we got or to at least dry them somewhere

Air condition didn't work

The proprety was OK. But just ok. The girl at the reception desk is very friendly! AC working nicely!

Breakfast was bad. It is not self service. Guy at the breakfast makes you plate - 1 piece of cheese and 1 piece of salami / no eggs or similar food. If you eat corn flakes - you will be ok. The lady at reception gave us late check out until 14, but the guy came at 11 to our room and told us we have to go. Very not friendly. Nobody came to clean the room or replace the towels in 4 days - we had a private room so we expectwd to at least somebody to check. Also the shower and wc was in a separate room, we had to go there with shoes accross hallway so it was all dirty inside (wet+shoes). Nobody cleaned the floor not once.
