部屋もシャワーもベッドも館内全体が不衛生極まりない シーツや枕カバーも交換していない 清掃も入らない 後進国の人達が滞在する安宿！ 一定の清潔感や設備を備えたドミトリーには遠く及ばない シャワーも冷水、お湯無し しかもシャワールームは不衛生で気持ち悪い 風呂キャン界隈になった

Booked the Deluxe Single. The location was great. Only a few mins walk to the medina and centre. However, was rather disappointed with how small the room was. Open the door and you almost knock into the bed. I thought there was a mistake - asked for the DELUXE single to be told there there is only one type of single room, no standard single or Deluxe single , yet on the booking page there are 2 options with the deluxe being slightly more expensive. All else was ok.

The room was really small. I'm below 1.5m so it was not so bad, but I can't imagine anyone bigger being comfortable in there. It would feel claustrophobic.

Very warm and welcoming staff, they put on a big BBQ dinner for everyone, very social and lovely people! Super comfortable for a female solo traveller

Goede faciliteiten en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Zeker een aanrader voor mensen die overnachten in Fez
