Centro Ecológico Montaña Verde

The terrace was beautiful with benches and views overlooking the surrounding rainforest.

The place was all very dirty with dead cockroaches and a dead lizard in the room. Bin not been emptied and the shared kitchen was pretty filthy despite me being the only customer staying that night. The beds didn't look very clean and so I slept in my sleeping bag on the bed. The worst part however was the road leading up to it. It was treacherous. Definitely do not attempt to drive there with a car that is not at least high clearance, preferably 4x4. I went in the dry and still got stuck once both coming up and down. I wouldn't stay here again despite the lovely setting.

It was not very clean. There was so much dust in our room we had trouble breathing/sleeping correctly. Also beware, the private road is better with a SUV.

A lovely oasis, This place was really sweet. I stayed for a few more nights. Very quiet off the road. I would stay here again for sure.

Nice quiet place to spend the night after a Chirripo climb. It's away from the highway.

Would like coffee or tea in the morning but there is a small kitchen.

Beautiful place with a spacious terrace in the middle of the nature.

Unfortunately the owners weren’t there to welcome us and the cleaning lady was a bit clueless. Not very comfortable beds.
