Nothing, ithe service was awful!

I indicated an estimated time of arrival at the hostel between 22:00 and 23:00, and actually arrived at the hostel at that time, but there was no one there. Why add the option to indicate the estimated time of arrival if there will be no one at the reception? In addition, I did not have money in the account or access to the Internet to somehow contact the administration about the cancellation of the reservation or any other issues. We could not check into the hostel because we were unexpectedly delayed on the way by car, so we wrote the expected time of arrival. It was not possible to contact the hostel administration before arrival. When we arrived at the hostel, it was closed and there was no one at the reception. My money was debited, but I did not receive the service. Therefore, I want to return my funds for the service that was not provided to me even when the check-in was not confirmed. We had no internet before arriving and did not see these messages. So, according to message hostel could not admit our order. It was awful experience. Totally not recommended this guys!!!

The receptionist was very helpful and kind. He upgraded me to a room with a better location just because it was available! Also, the location is better than it looks like on the map: tram no. 12 is very close by and runs directly to the center in less than 15 minutes.

Very noisy place at all times.

we have been disappointed as we should have apartment but we had room with dirty towels without tv,without kettle and bonus was at 4am in the morning they have been vacuuming which is not acceptable as people want to sleep.For us we don't recommend.Breakfast wasn't ready at 7.30 so we left without breakfast.
