Ubicación cerca de la estación y la habitación estaba bien y era cómoda.

El check in es de 15 a 20h. Nuestro tren llegó con retraso y avisamos que llegaríamos a las 20.30. La única opción que nos dieron fue pagar 13€ por ponernos las llaves en una caja que tienen en el exterior, lo cual no me había pasado nunca. Teniendo en cuenta el precio de la habitación, es un % muy considerable. Si alguien se hubiera tenido que quedar a esperarnos, lo habría entendido pero no por meter las llaves en una caja. La habitación tenía vistas a una pared.

The receptionist not working.The check in is not successful even with a paid late check in services. Phone call never connected, question asked from booking Chat never replied. In summary, very bad hotel. The worst ever!

Es ist eine einfache Unterkunft in einem tollen Gebäude. Wir hatten Glück, das die Str. davor eine Baustelle war, so hatten wir immer einen nahen Parkplatz. Zu Fuß ist es nicht weit zum Schloß und nette Lokale gibt es sowieso. Das Personal ist sehr nett und die Dame an der Rezeption hat uns einen besonderen Wunsch erfüllt. Ich war sehr zufrieden!

Meine Matratze war mir viel zu weich!

"Lohnend"

Lage sehr city-nah, fast am Elbufer. 10 Min. Fußweg in die Altstadt oder zum Schloss. Frühstück (6 Euro extra) war ausreichend und okay.

Haus liegt am Steilhang, Westzimmer im EG haben nur Ausblick auf eine Steinmauer. Aber egal für einen Städtetrip.
