Everything was great. The staff and the guests You feel home and welcome. Definitely will come back again

The bathroom was not separated it was mix between both genders was annoying to have a man at the same time in the bathroom

Rafiki ist ein sehr soziales Hostel. Im Gemeinschaftsraum ist es einfach mit anderen in Kontakt zu kommen. Die Mitarbeiter sind super offen und nehmen auch an den angebotenen Aktivitäten teil und können Empfehlungen geben, was man unternehmen kann. Das Frühstück ist super lecker.

One of my favorite hostels I’ve ever stayed at. The social scene is amazing. It’s so easy to make new friends. There loads of great excursions to choose from and the staff are the best. Shout out Ash, Alice and Raahmah.

Some of the facilities could of been better, toilets weren’t great and pool wasn’t clean to swim.

The private room was clean and the location was good. Breakfast was very good.

This hostel has a big problem: nobody feels responsible for anything. I had booked a driver to pick me up from the airport at 11pm at night. The driver did not show up, and I could not reach anyone from the hostel. So I had to take a local taxi. When I arrived at the hostel around 1am in the morning, I realised that the instructions they had sent me were all wrong. I had no information on where to go, which is my room, how to get the room key etc. And again, I could not reach anyone. Luckily, a very nice guest was still awake and helped me figure everything out. But as a female solo traveller, I did not feel safe at all because of this. Next day, I texted one person (Beebs) about this problem and she said that the general manager would reach out to me - which never happened. She confirmed it twice and yet I was never contacted by anyone. Also, my room was very noisy at night - there was some water pump (?) going on and off all night. I asked one girl if I could switch rooms and she said yes, but it never happened. The next two mornings, whenever I wanted to ask something at the reception, nobody was there. And when I texted them, they told me that reception would be unavailable for the whole day. So in the end I realised that nobody in this hostel feels responsible for their guests. This is really terrible and caused me a lot of stress during my stay in Dahab. I would never stay there again.
