Albergue Bergando

Zimmer gingen, allerdings nur ein Handtuch, Waschbecken ging so. Personal Katastrophe. Daten aufnehmen, wenn die Nägel zu lange sind um einen Stift zu halten - schwierig. Essen bestellt für 20:30. sollte geliefert werden, alle haben gewartet. Dem Personal ist nichts aufgefallen, erst als wir gefragt haben, wann denn das Essen käme, da es ja schon 9 sei, wurde nachgefragt. Serviert wurde in Alu! Bezahlte Getränke erst auf Nachfrage! Ich bin niemand, der regelmäßig bewertet, schon gleich gar nicht negativ, wen ich denke diese Unterkunft sollte über booking com nicht mehr angeboten werden, da waren wir bisher wirklich besseres gewohnt.😕

Tranquil location . 20 minutes walk to town.

Staff abrupt with fellow guests , not at all welcoming . Rubbish bins that I had used 9 days before still had my Rubbish in .

Location... off the Camino trail by about 500 mtrs. Room was big, washroom also. Very quiet.

The evening meal. For €15, you didn't get much. Just what you ordered, one first course, one second, one dessert.... all in aluminum foil trays. No bread ! Payment: the charge of the room (I booked thru booking.com) didn't come on my statement as from booking.com nor from the hotel "Albergue Bergando", but rather a company in Santiago, and as 2 separate transactions totaling the accurate amount. This confused me, and I thus stated a fraud report with my credit card company, to dispute the transaction, as it was also dated on a different day of stay and the company's name was in a different city. After the credit card Company gave me more information did I realize it was Albergue Bergando. But then it was too late, they deleted my credit card.....schist! Now I must wait for a new one. Normally, when booking on booking.com, the statement says either the accommodations name or booking.com. Of all the times I booked with booking.com, first time this problem occurred. If they left the total amt as one transaction (€70), I could have figured it out, before calling the C.C. company.

Hodně příjemná záležitost. V podstatě hotel na farmě, uprostřed lesa a zvířátek. Vládne tu pohoda, je tu spousta místa, člověk se cítí dobře. A opravdu není nutné tahat zásoby odjinud, v nabídce je večeře i snídaně a po příchodu mi bylo hned nabídnuto občerstvení.
