I stated what time i be arrival which was approved i had a 4 hour flight plus travel from home to airport was 2 hours but got last train to airport as got to airport at midnight then my flight was 08.30am my arrival time was approved 15.00 to 16.00 i arrived at proprty at 15.23 to have to call owner then he reply i am at home you have to wait 30 mins now i said i like to check in but he was at home so i had to wait in 25+ heat after travelling 4 hours flight plus 2 hours uk travel to airport then 40 mins from las palmas to hostel.i found this very hostile so i called booking.com i explained i was tired i am 63 have travelled many hours now going to wait 30 mins which ended up being 40 mins so reception is closed from 14.30 to 16.30 however says check in from 12 to 23.00 hrs.booking.com ask me to call them back in 5 mins.I said could you call me back she said yes but no call came.start of my holiday was greeted with hostile staff.

Es una pensión de mala muerte, vieja, para ir a la habitación hay que subir tres pisos de una escalera estrecha e incómoda. Colchón y almohada de lo más incómodo. No tiene aire acondicionado y el calor es alto. El wc sin puerta con lo que estás durmiendo mirando al water. No hay jabón siquiera.

El silencio

Calidad-precio de lo mejor. La ubicación es excelente.

The location is quite close to the Las Canteras beach (around 20 minutes on foot). The airport and local bus stations are closeby.

The property has basic facilities. The entrance doors are old and damaged. The room is small and the bed is uncomfortable. There are no air conditioning, TV and WiFi in the room.
