Edi is a very friendly host and his accommodation is very clean. Large bathroom and good kitchen and a washing machine. All soaps and shampoo etc supplied. He gives you privacy as he lives next door. His rooms are comfortable and Its in a nice location with a long beautiful tree lined street filled with restaurants and shops to enjoy a walk. There is a supermarket just next door 😊 The local bus stop is right out the front so its super easy to get to the beach or train station. . I recommend his place. He even upgraded my room for 1 night for free. Which was very kind. He speaks pretty good english to. Nat from Australia

The pillows were hard and not very comfortable I recommend buying some softer pillows. I also recommend buying a new single matteress as i could feel the springs. But the double matteress was very comfortable And if you stay in the single room it is quite hot in summer and he moved me to the double which was so much cooler as it has a nice breeze through the window looking at the mountains and roof tops.

Edi was very welcoming and accomodating. The property was very clean and felt very safe. The evaluator was very helpful for my grandad, he has bad knees. Would definitely recommend staying here. Tempted to come back to gandia for this lovely place and the beach. Full kitchen and utilities, lovely shower. Fan, heater, and clothes space. nice large tv on the wall with swivel. Kettle and cooking facilities.

Literal only issue, if the window is open the doors will slam closed quite loudly but as long as your not coming back too late or you catch the door and close it slowly it's not issue, I brought ear plugs for if something like this happens so not a problem for us.

Nice and clean apartment, well equipped with domestic appliances, close to city center. Good value for money.

Matress on the bed was not so confortable and a bit small for two persons, but you can not sleep anyway very well in the heat of the night :)
