Breakfast

Woman receptionist. Not pleasant or polote. Everything seems to be too much

Room was filthy, we had tea making facilities but not sink for water or kettle to make tea and coffee, just the tea and coffee. Heating was on full blast, beds were stained, carpets were awful. It was more like a student hostel room. Poor quality breakfast.

Breakfast choice was very good

Unfriendly receptionist. Gave the impression she was too busy to help. Get her ti have a sense of humour

Was alright beds were comfy and felt pretty secure

I had a fist imprint in the wall that was painted over and a wooden beam covering my window Sort of something I'd expect to see in a movie

Functional staff - the human touch missing . However that was different at breakfast - friendly engagement .

The location was perfect, a short walk to the beach, able to park my car right outside my door.

Room was filthy, dirty linen and towels, bathrooms upstairs on the 1st floor, no seat on 1 toilet and no toilet paper in either, floor soiled and smelt of feaces, carpet in hall and stairs dirty, bedroom furniture handles missing or inaccessible, heating on in middle of heatwave radiators red hot, huge window which opened right by footpath/main road. Tea and coffee facilities were all sticky! One lamp didn't have a socket near it to plug into. Would not use it again or recommend it. Wasn't offered another room, had to wait for them to phone cleaners as they had all gone home, to come back and clean the room! So I went for a walk along the promenade.
