Nothing of the house

The mess, dirt and waiting around to follow someone across town, no bathroom or shower in rooms and no hand soap in toilet extremely dirty and rough

The buffet breakfast was very good. All the staff were courteous and friendly.

No parking available even though I used the "filter" to select parking availability and very little alternative parking in the town. Very steep steps up to the attic, which some may not manage. The TV didn't work. Smelly. No towels. The front door lock to the property was broken.

Please please please DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Me and my 2 young children booked here on the 21st june.... omg when i say filthy i mean filth!!!! The hall ways was covered in crap, dust, bundle of rubbish in corner, used gloves by our door, bathroom dirty, moukd hairs ect Then at night theres this guy that smokes w**d that comes into the room, he then through the night runs up and down the stairs shouting and bangin!!! My kids were petrifed iv never ever felt so unsafe in my life... i msg the owner and they dont give 2crap about it £160 we paid for 1night too this hell

Woman receptionist. Not pleasant or polote. Everything seems to be too much

Room was filthy, we had tea making facilities but not sink for water or kettle to make tea and coffee, just the tea and coffee. Heating was on full blast, beds were stained, carpets were awful. It was more like a student hostel room. Poor quality breakfast.

Breakfast choice was very good

Unfriendly receptionist. Gave the impression she was too busy to help. Get her ti have a sense of humour
