Pipes Hostel

Pipes is the best hostel in Lombok! It’s the perfect place to meet people — with the pool, the café (the food is amazing!!), and the skate park. I’ve never seen a hostel so clean : bathrooms and rooms are cleaned every single day. And the staff… they’re the sweetest people ever, I’m really going to miss them! I think I stayed here for over a month and I’ll definitely be coming back ❤️

The plants were lovely! A very pleasant environment… Everything clean and neat and the bed was comfy. If you’re a surfer this may be a good place for you as many other guests were there to surf. I was able to rent a scooter direct from the hostel and they were flexible about my check out time.

It’s miles out of town so unless you get a scooter you will feel quite isolated. Also there is something I couldn’t quite identify about the vibe and it may be entirely due to the guests who were staying at the same time as me; possibly not a reflection on the hostel at all, but it didn’t feel like the friendliest of places.
