Shelter Hostel Malang

Hostelbett hat Vorhänge, Steckdosen und ist sehr geräumig (fast wie ein kleiner Raum). Es gibt Schließfächer, tolle warme Duschen und sehr nettes Personal. Gekauftes Essen darf drinnen verzehrt werden, man bekommt sogar Teller und Besteck kostenlos angeboten. Rezeption ist von 6 bis 22 Uhr mindestens besetzt. Es gab kostenloses Trinkwasser und Klopapier :)

It was a great experience staying at dormitory room. Thankfully my roommates are nice and respectful - nothing weird. The bathrooms are clean and the hot shower worked well. Located near pasar klojen and train station.

Breakfast menu was mostly western style, so i had to look for breakfast elsewhere. No towel rack to hang my wet towel after showering. Some of the guest hung it next to bed in dormitory room

Liked the bed up on the mezzanine, felt like we were in a camper van. Staff kept the shared bathroom facilities really clean. Walkable location to everywhere we wanted to go. Breakfast on the premises was convenient and tasty

The mattress was just a piece of foam so didn’t offer much support but we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again

Staff muito simpático, ótimas condições e tudo muito limpo. Boa localização e com ótimos servicos para fazer tours, a comida também era muito boa.

Ouvia se sempre a reza a horas absurdas, não é fácil de descansar com isso. Mas isso não é culpa do alojamento.

Great breakfast, really friendly staff and amazing location right in the center of Malang. They helped us book Bromo and Tumpak Sewu with dropoff and pickup at the hotel and great guides and were quite helpful with other logistical questions. Our room was clean and quiet.

We booked a private room which was on the top floor of the hostel. Unfortunately the wifi really didn't work well in our room, but it seemed to be better on the lower floors. Also we had a fan which was good for sleeping but the room was otherwise pretty hot.

It's a cute hostel with incredibly friendly staff. We also booked the Tumpak Sewu Waterfall and 2 day Bromo-Ijen vulcano tour with them which we highly recommend!
