Staff confirmed me before I booked the room that there will be no problem and you will enjoy your stay but When I went there and I checked in, there was no light for the entire night. It was soo dark that I had to turn on my phone torch for whole night and day. I stayed there for 2 nights and there was no light for the entire stay. Also there were mosquitoes and insects coming in the room overall it was terrible experience.

There were no basic amenities like hot water, kettle, towels. The room wasn't cleaned properly before the arrival and also the fridge had leftovers from previous guest. Also the wardrobe and the flooring was no intact.

Location was great. That was the only plus of this property.

Staff and services, utilities could be provided like iron station, water cooler at every floor, electric kettle etc. Cafe and kitchen services were slow, no value for money and generally not upto mark. They took restaurant orders on the app but didn't see it at their end immediately. There was big lag between orders and delivery. Building was not well maintained and needed repairs/servicing.
