They didn't have curtains over beds so anyone could see what you were doing...it was very uncomfortable

The common area is good.

The place was not easy to locate. Apart from that the beds are not comfortable. The dorm was not clean and the toilet was also a bit uncomfortable. People in the dorm were creating unnecessary noise late at night. The structure of the dorm is way too uncomfortable even though there is not enough space in the dorm to stand our basic chores of packing or unpacking. The staff was asking to book from my trip. They have two properties which were not shown in booking.com so if you want to change the property they were asking for extra charges. No common and guest engagement activities.

"Comfortable room after dealing with their inconveniences"

- access to the lounge facilities in Madpackers - clean and comfortable room -kettle available

- had to pay by credit card, they would not accept cash - had to download an app for opening the door - no keys/keycard available. - the room was actually in Madpackers 2.0 - wasn’t listed correctly - a lot of noise from other guests

"Very Good"

Good property.

Location - Local autos can't come to the location behind Laxman Jhula so you have to cross the bridge and go to Tapovan side which is 1 or 1.5km which is difficult for us as we have to catch early morning bus to Delhi from Nepali farms.

"Too much price for basic amenities"

Location

The washroom was not clean and even after complaining no one came to clean it, towels were missing after asking for 2-3 time they didn’t provide it and simply ignored. A guy came to check the washroom but didnt send anyone to clean it. Disappointing 🙍‍♀️
