The staff were polite and the location was easy to access from lakshman jhula.

For the price we paid there were multiple things that could have been improved. We had to wait for 20 minutes or so after the check-in time as they said the room was not ready. Same issue other people had to face. The blanket and towels were not clean, there were multiple marks on the floor. MAINLY THERE WAS CONSTANT SMELL OF SEWERAGE COMING FROM THE BATHROOM. WE ASKED THEM TO PROVIDE AN ODONIL ATLEAST FOR WHICH THEY SAID WE DON'T HAVE IT IN STOCK, THE MARKET WAS HARDLY A FEW STEPS FROM THE BUILDING SO I ASKED THEM TO GET IT FROM THE MARKET. DESPITE MULTIPLE FOLLOW UPS (at least 3-4 calls) THEY DIDN'T PROVIDE ODONIL. As we paid in advance, we had to literally bear that poop-like smell for 2 days continuously.

🚨 HONTEUX – UN HÔTEL QUI SE MOQUE DE SES CLIENTS 🚨 Expérience scandaleuse, indigne d’un établissement qui ose faire payer ses chambres à ce prix. Le bruit est permanent, incontrôlable et insupportable. À 00h40, des cris, des voix hurlantes, des discussions parfaitement audibles comme si nous dormions dans un couloir. Les murs sont inexistants, l’insonorisation est une plaisanterie. Plainte immédiate à la réception : aucun résultat. Zéro autorité, zéro solution, zéro respect pour les clients. À 01h17, le chaos continue et, cerise sur le gâteau, les voisins mettent de la musique. Nous parlons bien d’un hôtel, pas d’une boîte de nuit. Nous sommes en déplacement et épuisés. Nous ne sommes pas là pour faire la fête. Même dans un camping bas de gamme, ce niveau de nuisance serait inacceptable. Je suis directeur d’hôtel, et je n’ai jamais vu un tel laisser-aller. Ce niveau d’incompétence est choquant. Faire payer ce prix pour offrir une nuit blanche relève de l’arnaque pure et simple. Si la situation n’est pas immédiatement compensée par un remboursement intégral, Booking sera saisi avec un dossier détaillé. Cet établissement est incapable d’assurer la base absolue de l’hôtellerie : le silence et le repos. À fuir sans hésitation. Une honte totale.
