Location is ok The view from the rooftop is amazing

I was in a females dorm, and it was humid and smell of mold The receptionist… when i came to check in, the receptionist was just laying down and playing games on his phone. Not paying attention to guests at all. There was no water, so the other tourists girls had to carry a huge water bottle themselves to pour it into dispenser for everyone. I thought that it was ok until i noticed how guests are being treated in a different hostel

Hostel położony jest w naprawdę świetnej lokalizacji blisko centrum, a dodatkowym atutem jest piękny widok na jezioro, które można podziwiać bezpośrednio z obiektu. Sam hostel jest bardzo przyjemny, czysty i komfortowy, idealny zarówno na krótki, jak i dłuższy pobyt.

Niestety obsługa hostelu pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Brak zaangażowania w pracę był wyraźnie odczuwalny – personel sprawiał wrażenie niezainteresowanego gośćmi i ich potrzebami. Przy tak wspaniałym miejscu zdecydowanie warto byłoby poprawić poziom obsługi, aby pobyt był w pełni satysfakcjonujący.

The location

My experience at Raahi’s Hostel was far from satisfactory. From the callous attitude of the staff to the unhygienic washrooms, the place did not meet my expectations. Out of four nights, I was unable to sleep for three due to the constant ruckus created by fellow travelling groups. Despite repeatedly requesting the staff to intervene and maintain some order, no action was taken. The management appears to consist of two young individuals who lack both the professionalism and competence required to run the place effectively. As a result, the hostel’s potential remains largely unexploited

I had a great experience at this hostel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a warm, homely vibe from the moment I arrived. They went above and beyond to help me with every part of my trip, which made a big difference. The hostel itself was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed. Plus, the location is perfect — everything is within walking distance, which made exploring the area super convenient. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a cozy, friendly, and hassle-free stay!
