The managing staff (lady) was very uncooperative. Inspite of prior communication, and being assured by the property via booking.com messaging, that I shall be allowed early checkin subkect to availability, I was denied early check-in in spite of occupancy being less than 50% was made to wait from 07:00 till 10:30 to allow that early check-in. When questioned as to whyvdid they send me a message like that if their intention was not to allow early checkin... the lady had the audacity to tell me that they HAD to reply that way on booking.com fpr the sake of their reputation, weather they want to or not comply... Paid for three days, was going to stay for two nights, have breakfast just once, but the lady refused to allow adjustment of one breakfast on the day of the check-in saying, the check-in is at 14:30. When I conveyed I was going to have breakfast only once at the place and skip the other two days (having paod for 3 days rent) then she started saying the breakfast hours were over, when clearly there was over 45 minutes still to go as per the board displaying breakfast served toi 11:00! No parking space right next to the hotel. One has to park in a space close by. Is a hassle when it rains the way it did during my stay.

nothing to pin point as such, but breakfast should start from 8 am as all other cafes in the neighborhood and especially for early risers like me

I had booked this hostel for 3 nights but checked out on the very first night. The reality was very different from what the pictures showed. The 4 bed mixed dorm was cramped, smelled bad and wasn’t clean. Water stopped coming jn the washroom. The atmosphere felt uncomfortable, there were older men lounging in the dorm shirtless and the lounge area, as a solo female traveler, it didn’t feel welcoming or safe. Despite there being space in other rooms, I was placed here. The staff at reception wasn’t helpful and when I decided to leave early, I still had to pay for the full stay. Overall, this was the worst hostel experience I’ve had and I personally wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Thanks

I stayed here recently and had an amazing experience. The customer service was outstanding, and the food was absolutely delicious. I was especially impressed by the support and care provided throughout my stay. A special thanks to Alesha and Jane, who went above and beyond to help me with almost everything. Their friendliness and professionalism made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great service and comfort!
