Food was good and well served

Had to wait to get into the room after check-in.....was rudely told earlier no early check-in possible....but committed check-in time was not honoured..,check out was also unprofessional. No bill for payment was provided inspite of asking for it.

The room is good but the washroom is not as per the given photos as per booking.com and website, Very low quality. The staff are very cooperative and helpful but the property location is very difficult to find

Right on the ganges and laxman jhula is nearby to this hotel. Just a walking distance to cover. In the evening , opposite to this hostel, you can view the Aarti being performed. Everything felt so surreal.

Parking facility. Due to traffic, the vehicle wasn’t allowed near the hotel. We had to park somewhere else but the hotel staff extended their support.

Had a pleasant stay at Karwaan by the Ganges in Rishikesh. The location and overall vibe are really nice, especially if you want a peaceful stay near the Ganges. The rooms are okay—not very fancy—but they were clean and comfortable enough. The staff was polite and helpful, and the common areas had a relaxed feel. Overall, a decent place to stay if you’re looking for cleanliness, good location, and a calm Rishikesh experience.

I enjoyed ganga arti direct from my room and the beautiful view ,staff are also very humble and helpful, if anyone want to do adventurous activities they will organise everything for u ,they also provide rent on bike but they need little improvement in their cafe because foods are not that much delicious as compare to the price ,u guys have to work on coffee side also..hope next time all things are corrected.. Thank you
