"Overall A Good Stay With Good People Around"

Staff services were superb & the food was good & we made new friends over there.

The Outer Area Of the zostel-The light in some of the common area is not working,it's not looking same as shown in the picture at night,need more lights to make it look more lively.

"Amazing stay"

one of the best experience I had with the zostel shangarh. Room was just perfect with the mountain view. Amazing collab with the zostel volunteer Jay and it was one of the memorable trip I had. Definitely recommended without any doubt. Don't go with the reviews complaining about the road to the zostel, it is one of the beautifull village you can expect a bit of offroad but once you reach it is totally worth it. I travelled solo on my bike and it was fun.

Food can be better but still the service was quick.

"Staff behavior and service not good"

Very poor service. Pathetic response by staff. Nobody was available at reception for checkout and nobody was available in kitchen for breakfast at 10 am. Infact i have to wait to pay my bills and for checkout. This is a remote property then you should take care of food. Not every one wake up @ 10-11 or later or according to your convince . Breakfast should be available at the time of breakfast not at the time of lunch and someone has to be available for checkout on time.
