Loved my stay at Bir Nest Hostel! The property is beautiful, the food was great, and everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful. Highly recommended for anyone visiting

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, courteous hosts. They respond swiftly to calls and provide help immediately when needed.

The room was not cleaned at all. There were spider webs and huge spiders (almost the size of my palm) inside the room. The host immediately responded to my call and removed the spider. However, later, when I checked under the bed, there were many dead bugs, and I had to clean them myself with a viper. The bathroom was also not clean, and I had to clean the bucket and mug myself, which was full of dust and paint scraps. Another pain point was that a drunk group of people started blasting music at 1am in the night and dancing in the open area, which we were told is a designated silent zone and the party area was on the other side. Host did respond around 1:30 and asked them to shut the noise, but it still continued till 3 am or so. Overall, an okayish experience, the room could be more tidy and cleaner, and the host needs to get stricter with the rules a little bit if there are some guests that don't respect others right to sleep peacefully!

The property was very nice, the staff were so friendly. The hospitality of staff was so nice and overwhelming.
