Lomahyppäys

The person who met us was very friendly and useful, explaining the amenities of the property and even offering fresh eggs that we could pick up from the pen!

One thing that I didn't like: one evening there was some farm work going on below our cottage. The farming machine was very noisy, or probably was moderately noisy but it appeared as roaring compared to the absolute quiet that is there in its absence. The noise went on for a long time (hours?), if I remember correctly it stopped not long before 10 pm. If this kind of operations could be done in the middle of the day, the likelihood that the guests may be busy elsewhere is much higher. Something that I find annoying is the noise isolation between the two parts of the cottage. The cottage is designed to be shared between two groups of guests. There was no other guest during our stay, which is great, except for the last evening. They weren't noisy or anything, and left early the morning after (when we were bound to leave as well). The cottage is just made of a material that doesn't isolate noise at all between the two partitions, so even going up the stairs causes creaking noises. I don't mean to blame the property management or the other occupants in any way, I knew what I was getting into when I bought the package, I'm just expressing what I didn't like.

what a beautiful location. Nestled in the woods the cabins are an amazing experience to stay. There is access to boats, kayaks and wild swimming and also a 18 hole football golf course that my family enjoyed. the hosts are very warm and welcoming and made our stay wonderful. would highly recommend to anyone travelling through this beautiful area of Finland.

It was our second visit to Lomahyppäys. I like its location very much: it is located on the shore of the bay in countryside but it is not far from Naantali - 20 min. by car to Muumimaailma. The cottages are far enough from each other so guests do not disturb each other. There are small farm in the facility: 3 sheeps and chickens. And also guinea pigs. These animals were the main intertainment for my 4yrs daughter. There is a playground in the facility and a trampoline. Guests of Lomahyppäys can use boats for boat trips around the bay for free.

The view irresistible. You will not get bored. It provides a lot of free activities such as fishing, surfing, swimming, kayaking, hiking, animals feeding ..etc. The place is kids friendly. The lady at the reception is friendly and helpful.

It would be better if they provide new towels and toiletries.
