Great stay, owner Paulo helpful and good communcation, great location next to marina, shops, attractions etc. Very clean, good kitchen and great sun terrace.

The restoration and maintenance of this spectacular building are a testament to the genius, efficiency and industry of the individuals behind the enterprise. Whilst retaining the original features, technology has been blended into the fabric for modern comfort. Most importantly, Paolo and Rui are extremely personable, highly educated and cultivated hosts who went out of the way to ensure that our stay was memorable and comfortable from before our arrival to after our departure. Their suggestions for restaurants and places to visit in the Algarve beyond Faro were invaluable and saved a lot of research time. We hope to return, if possible, later this year

Die Unterkunft ist super zentral, man kann überall zu Fuß hin kommen und auch die Busstation ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der Aufenthaltsraum ist mit antiken Möbeln sehr stilvoll gehalten. In den Zimmern ist es bei geschlossenen Fenstern leise, auch wenn am Wochenende draußen etwas mehr Betrieb ist. Die Gemeinschaftsküche ist gut ausgerüstet, alles, was man braucht ist vorhanden. Es gibt eine Terrasse, wo man draußen sitzen kann. Die Zimmer sind funktionell, aber die Betten bequem.

This room had everything we needed! The kitchen was well-equipped, as was the room. A big plus is the proximity to restaurants, including a cafe serving delicious breakfasts right across the street.

The toilet in the room had no door, only a thin, light-colored curtain. The glass shower off the room was covered with a blind. The hallway from the building's entrance was accessed via high stairs—a major drawback for those with limited mobility.
