Good sized, comfortable twin room with en-suite. Central location quiet when windows shut. Communal lounge and well equipped kitchen with fridge. Communication with Paulo was excellent who was also helpful with onward travel recommendations. Good WiFi. Entrance keypad and locks all worked smoothly

Be aware there is a straight flight of events stone stairs to the rooms on the first floor with good rails either side but I managed it fine even though I have some mobility limitations

Il bagno in camera non ha la porta ma solo una tenda. Non abbiamo potuto fare la doccia all arrivo perché l acqua era appena tiepida. Il giorno dopo, su richiesta, è stata leggermente alzata ma, personalmente, mai calda per fare una breve doccia adeguata. La struttura è impraticabile per chi ha problemi anche minimi di limitazione di mobilità perché c è una lunga scalinata ripida per accedere alle camere. Nella cucina ad uso comune non si trovano le posate. Trovo infine scorretto che vengano richiesti soldi cash per la pulizia finale e solo dopo l impossibilità di cancellazione della prenotazione .

Loved the space, the room, the shared spaces, especially the kitchen. Such attention to details. Super clean, and close to everything.

The bathroom set up is a bit awkward but you get used to it. And I wish there was easy parking, but we did find street parking easy enough.

Loved the location, beautiful building, lovely little affordable art shop next door. Very kind manager, helped us a lot.

Bathroom (toilet) has no door, but a curtain as a devider. Showerdoor is made of glass. No problem for couples, but for when traveling with friends, more privacy would be needed.
