The hotel is located along the Calle Crisologo, one of the city's main tourist attractions. There are many souvenir shops nearby, and within just a shot walk you can find several restaurants such as Max's, Mang Inasal, McDonald's, Chowking, as well as other local dining options. There are also coffee shops in the area, including Starbucks and local cafes. The famous kalesas pass right in front of the hotel , so if your itenerary includes a city tour by kalesa, this hotel will definitely be one of the stops. Since it is located on Calle Crisologo, the hotel itself is quite old. The good news is that it has been very well maintained, preserving the beauty of this centuries-old building. You can still see the original flooring, walls, tables, and chairs, which add to its charm. The room is very spacious, reminiscent of an old-time mansion. The bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom has both hot and cold shower options. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, especially the cheerful, chubby gentleman I'm not sure if he is the manager or the owner) The breakfast consist of simple but satisfying Filipino silog meals, served with a choice of hot drink.

I hope the hotel can consider offering a restaurant-style menu, especially local specialties such as bagnet and empanada, which are well-known dishes in the city. This would be very convenient for guest who prefer to dine in in their rooms or in the hotel's dining area rather than going out, particularly during hot daytime hours.
