The kindness and Smiling faces of the people there, from the manager to his staff. Very good service. 👍❤️

The bed's mattress, need to change for a new one and the cable signal is on and off.

Within Calle Crisologo and very accessible to tourist spots.

Nothing. It is comfortable to stay with and I like their shower, as its water's hotness is just right and water amount and pressure is user friendly. Room is clean and homey.
