I booked this hotel through Booking.com, relying on the confirmation provided on your platform. However, when I arrived at the hotel at 3:00 AM, I was shockingly informed by the hotel staff that the property was sold out and that no room was available for me. This is completely unacceptable and reflects a serious failure on both the hotel’s part and your platform’s booking system. A confirmed reservation should guarantee accommodation—especially at such an odd hour when travelers are most vulnerable and have limited alternatives. Being stranded at 3:00 AM due to your negligence caused immense inconvenience, stress, and distress. This is not merely poor service; it is a complete breach of customer trust and basic hospitality standards. I expect an immediate explanation for how this happened. This experience has severely damaged my confidence in both the hotel and Booking.com.

Room was nice and spacious with 2 bathrooms as we were 4 of us. It was with 2 double beds. It was perfect for a family of 4.

There were small cockroaches roaming around.
