Clean, very comfortable

Za cenu 55€ pre 2os na 1 noc v polorozpadávajúcej sa izbe.... za 60€ sú v tomto meste ubytovania v 100x lepšom stave. Sprchová hlavica je nekvalitná, zavápnená a voda strieka na všetky strany len nie na človeka. Podlaha sa rozpadáva. Poháre na vodu v izbe boli špinavé po predchádzajúcich hosťoch.

Raňajky boli vynikajúce, chutné, dobrá porcia, príjemná obsluha v čistom prostredí. Určite to využijeme aj pri ďalšej príležitosti.

Veci, ktoré by sa nám nepáčili, tam neexistujú.

The property is located as part of a complex of student accommodation - the rooms that are advertised on Booking.com are in an area of the building that is used by visitors to the University. The rooms are a good size and are clean and tidy. The property location is excellent - it is in walking distance to the tourist area of Kosice and there is a tram stop directly outside. There is also a supermarket nearby. The receptionist was very helpful and used Google Translate to assist with communication. Overall it is very good value for money.

The pillows were very soft although this is consistent with other hotels that I stopped in during a trip to Slovakia. Additionally, there is no air conditioning - if you open the window during the Summer, insects (including Mosquitoes) may come into the room. The blinds let through a lot of light too. However, this is reflected in the price of the accommodation.
