Le personnel est très accueillant et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Ils nous ont aidé à organiser certaines activités. La location d’équipement et le service de bagagerie gratuit nous ont été très utile dans la préparation du Ala Kul lake trek. La chambre est confortable et le dejeuner est delicieux. Je recommande!

Aizada and Jalil Are amazing hosts, very welcoming, easy communication on what’s app and good information about activities and trips in the surrounding mountains. Clean, good breakfast. Would highly recommend staying and would stay again if we come back to Karakol!!

Snow Leopard Hostel is a simple yet very welcoming place, with everything you need to feel comfortable. The lady running it was incredibly kind: we had to rush out for a tour and she even helped us by hanging up all our laundry to dry. Such a thoughtful gesture that really made the difference. The rooms and common areas are clean, the location is convenient, and the overall atmosphere feels warm and homely. A great base for exploring Karakol and the surroundings.

Das Snow Leopard Hostel ist hervorragend. Die Gastgeber sprechen beide Englisch und sind sehr hilfsbereit. Egal ob Reiseplanung, Essen oder Taxis. Tee ist immer gratis und zusätzlich spielen die Kinder der Gastgeber Schach 😍.

We konden onze bagage achterlaten in het hostel. Heel behulpzaam bij de start van onze trektocht. Ze vroegen of we zeker alle nodige spullen bijhadden en het weer hadden nagekeken.

De badkamer was niet goed gepoetst. De wc hing vol stof en haren. De eigenaars zijn een koppel en waren soms druk bezig met hun kinderen. Ik moest bijvoorbeeld wachten om een vraag te stellen omdat ze haar baby aan het voeden was. Heel veel respect hiervoor maar op je job vind ik dat je je moet focussen op je klanten. Kinderen waren ‘s avonds tot 22u aan het spelen in de gangen.
