Property Notes

Due to changes in tax regulations, please note that the invoice number (VAT ID) must be provided before payment is made. After issuing a fiscal receipt without a VAT ID, it will not be possible to issue an invoice. If you require an invoice, please send the full invoice details (company name, address, VAT ID) when making your reservation or before making the payment. All guests are required to show a valid photo ID upon check-in (such as a passport, national ID card, or travel document). Please note that, due to Gdańsk being located in a border zone, documents such as a driving license or residence card are not considered valid identity documents for check-in purposes. This document is necessary for completing the check-in procedure and fulfilling the registration requirements. For reservations for 6 or more guests, different booking conditions apply, including the possibility of an upfront nonrefundable deposit and the requirement to confirm booking details with the reception in advance. Additional charges may also apply. Failure to contact the property in advance may result in the cancellation of the reservation. Please be advised that children cannot be accommodated in dormitory rooms, due to safety regulations and the comfort of other guests. Additional Fees: Deposit: 20.00 PLN (or 5.00 EUR) for the locker key – cash only. City tax: 3.31 PLN per person per night – cash only. Towel rental: 20.00 PLN (or 5.00 EUR) – cash only. Bicycle storage: 20.00 PLN (or 5.00 EUR) per day. Check-in after 00:00: Additional fee of 10.00 PLN. Important luggage information: Guests can store small items (such as handbags or backpacks) in lockers for an additional fee of 20.00 PLN (or 5.00 EUR) per key – cash only. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. When staying at the property with children, note that the property is legally obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors to determine the identity of the minors and their relationship with the adult they’re staying with. A deposit may be required at the property.
