Nothing.

The place is dangerous and unsafe. No staff available in the evening. I myself had a terrible experience as some drunk, passed out man who didn't even have a bed in room 6 refused to leave my bed and threatened to assault me. The police were called but they couldn't do anything. No one was available on WhatsApp. No one was available with booking.com. The same thing happened with TWO other girls that night - people were in their beds and refused to leave, so they had to pack and leave the hostel. As a man, I felt very unsafe. I would never ever recommend anyone use this hostel.

Cereal and teabags great especially muesli but it did run out for a few days. Staff helpful

Bathrooms always damp and musty. Staff and others can be noisy talking or playing games late at night. Need a sign requesting quiet after say 9 or 10 pm

Kontakt z personelem bardzo słaby. Totalny bałagan z pokojami co prowadzi do licznych nieporozumien awantur i rękoczynów. Często wzywana jest policja. Obcokrajowcy budzą w środku nocy. Nie polecam. Najgorszy hostel w Krakowie. Omijać szerokim łukiem
