Location is at the southernmost part of the city, close to the amber museum. City is small so you can walk.

The lady in the registration spoke no English but it is always the case in Lithuania so we managed with some russian and gestures. But things went sideways when they asked us to pay 8 euros extra for "city tax". I showed the lady our invoice and told that it includes the city tax and that we have already paid, she didn't understand and called somebody. The lady on the phone simply didn't believe me and said we have to pay or we won't be allowed to stay. Eevery day is another amazing experience in this country. Apart from that; The facilities are the same as KTU student dorms. Cleaning is okay, bathroom and toilet is shared with another room. The beds are couches and lined next to each other. Our room had a single power outler for the whole room which was another plasant surprise.
