No reception, you need to call them for check in details, no check in instructions were given prior to the arrival, I'm lucky to meet a local person who helped me to request details through phone call

Helppo sisäänpääsy, hyvä sijainti Alexela -konserttisalin läheisyydessä. Edullinen hinta kompensoi pieniä puutteita.

Hanasta tuli vain kylmää vettä ja lavuaari oli irtoamassa seinästä. Suihkutila kuitenkin yllättävän iso. Huone oli vähän rähjäinen ja naapurista kantautui äänet ja hajut, mutta kaikesta huolimatta koin huoneen melko kotoisaksi ja nukuin ihmeen hyvin.

Im Bad waren Waschbecken und Toilette ungünstig platziert, so dass die Toilette den Zugang zum Waschbecken einschränkt.

The location near the city center was excellent, beds were comfortable and the internet connection was quite good but becides that there were no advantages.

There were two major inconveniences: 1. Basically one bathroom (with a toilet) for the whole hostel that consists of 12 rooms. That is unbelievable to the point of absurd because you will never get access to it, sinks in every room does not improve the situation at all. Becides that, the bathroom itself was as dirty as a public toilet, especially the floor that was stained with dirt and muddy water. 2. There were no staff as well as the instructions regarding arrival / access to the hostel / check-out, we were extremely lucky to find an intercom in another building through which we got all the instruction. One of the girls had an upleasant experience with a random man that almost turned into an assualt, so in case of threats there were nobody in the hostel to refer to at all, besides calling the police. Another problems were the extremely loud vents, so during the night there was a constant noice in the room + noice from the corridor / kitchen / other rooms. Also, there was almost no furniture in the room to keep your things and the only cabinet was broken and dirty. In conclusion, it could have been an alright option for a short stay but the lack of information from the staff especially and this unbelievable one-bathroom-for-a-dozen-of-rooms situation had a significant impact on the comfort of our stay.
