Lovely and warm our room and nice and big ended up having to change to a 6 bed room.

Wasn't clean under all the beds, my children went to move some of the beds and there were alot of rubbish it wasn't vacuumed just hidden Someone needs to check the cleaner not good.

Friendly staff. The room was clean. We just needed the room to sleep. We were out all day, so it suited us for what we needed. We didn't need to use the kitchen. The shared bathroom and toilets were fine.

I like room being very warm while in this winter. I like closer to everything to walk.

I don't like the smell of smoking. Have to Pay $2 for a towel each? Other backpackers provides towels

Proper nice single beds instead of bunk beds (experience enhanced as only 1 or 2 persons sharing in 6 bed units). Nice geothermal central heading and views out. Locatuon is perfect for downtown buses abd hot pool access. Friendly staff and other guests, Very relaxed. Can opener was broken (not useable), left note and on my return a few days later, a brend new one - Thanks!

Nothing much you can do about, but very close by is one of the new style exercise gyms with very loud music at DAWN . Quite intrusive!l
