GBThe room was very clean and location was great.
Reception staff at this property was very unprofessional and aggressive in manner. On our arrival we witnessed the host on reception calling another staff member awful names and being physically intimidating standing to and pointing in the face of the cleaning staff, it was extremely uncomfortable and she did not seem to care that we were guests witnessing this. We arrived 15 minutes before 3 to ensure we were checked in at 3 after a long travel day although we were ignored and a guest who arrived at 3 was checked in before us. Initially we were put in a room less than 2m from reception with a large gap under the door so every conversation and movement from reception could be heard. We had to listen to their music very loud and them playing videos on their phone, we had booked a deluxe room but asked to be moved to a different one due to the noise (there was 0 privacy if we could hear them so clearly they could hear us too). When we asked to swap rooms the reception staff appeared very annoyed but accommodated the request. After moving us to the building opposite we felt much more comfortable although it appeared the aggressive staff member from reception was not happy as she stood outside of our door being extremely loud and rattled the door handle (did not knock or request to speak to us) so when I opened the door they just stared at me, making it seem like they were doing it on purpose as we had asked for a quieter space. Staff member on reception also made comments about my nationality (British) for no apparent reason, we also heard her discussing how we came earlier in the day to another guest (not sure why we were the topic of conversation for her). Would not recommend or stay again. Extremely unprofessional, aggressive and rude member of staff that let the whole hotel down.
ESLa ubicación.
Le pedimos al recepcionista Juan David que nos lavara una ropa y nos la devolvió incompleta. Cuando nos dimos cuenta le escribimos para preguntarle por una prenda y respondió que se había quedado en la secadora, que teníamos “suerte” porque se la iba a quedar él. Le pedimos que nos la enviara a Cali, respondió que sí que le enviáramos $25.000COP, hicimos la transferencia y desde entonces no tenemos noticias de él, ni de la prenda ni del dinero.
ARMe gustó la vista y la ubicación. La estética de la decoración.
La habitación que nos tocó era muy ruidosa. Al lado del bar se escuchaba la música temprano y ya no podíamos dormir. Deberían mejorar la aislacion de las habitaciones.
COQueda muy cerca a todo, es muy central, económico
Se escucha todo el ruido tanto del exterior como de los otros cuartos, no cuenta con aire acondicionado ni ventilador
