It was nice experience to stay here with nice view , perfect place for workation

Location is beautiful

Room was dirty. Pillows and bed smells. Bugs in the room. Room was provided with expired coffee and tea sachets. Pathway to the room was badly lit. Most lights not working and so dangerous as you can’t see the steps going down to the room. No action taken even after complaining. There’s no back up plan. Lights went off several times in the 2 days stay. Bathroom was clean

I liked infinity pool.. hikes and treks..

Restaurant can improve in many ... Small supermarket inside maybe good as well Rooms can be more ventilated if possible

Bike parking its open no roof so if hav a bike parking lot with roof thats great , coz we love bike

Staff. Food. Room amenities. A/ c was leaking water. The health faucet in the washroom was leaking and it was all wet. Bedsheets and pillow covers appear to be used with curry stains.

The only thing I loved about this stay was it's location. It has an amazing view and Nearby to the town.

1) Disappointing stay due to excessive noise I chose Zostel expecting a peaceful and serene experience amidst the beautiful mountains. Unfortunately, the hotel's decision to play loud music throughout the day and evening completely ruined my stay. The constant noise made it impossible for me to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings. I had specifically chosen this hotel for its location, but the loud music negated the entire purpose of my visit. I understand that music can enhance the ambiance, but it should be played at a reasonable volume, especially in a hill station where the natural beauty is the main attraction. I hope the hotel management takes my feedback seriously and takes necessary steps to address this issue. Until then, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat. 2) They don't provide basics like a Towel and soap. I had to ask multiple times to refill the tissues in the toilet and change the wet mats. 3) In the common area they showcase games like TT, Foosball and Carem. Unfortunately it isn't well maintained. The TT bats are garbage. few windows in the common area wouldn't open due to lack of maintenance. 4) The bed light in my bunk wasn't working.

Only the climate was good … none other than

The management attitude was so boring..the are the asking rent for towel ,drinking glass .and the gave worst tea in morning at my life with bad milk.
